More Absurdity: Rick Santorum Proposes Abolishing the Ninth Circuit Court And Sending Liberal Judges to Guam

This morning at a town hall in New Hampshire, Republican Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum shared his disdain for the judicial branch while advancing some creative proposals for ways to rid the country of liberal judges who Santorum, along with many other Republicans, believes infest the Ninth Circuit.

According to the Huffington Post’s Amanda Terkel, Santorum said he knows “for a fact” that the judicial branch is the least important “Because it's Article III. Article I is Congress, Article II is the president and Article III is the courts. If it was the most important, they wouldn't have put it third."
